A brine-washed cheese made of the rich milk from Wattlebank Park Farm in South Gippsland.
The flavour is mild with a pleasant, earthy smokiness.
The texture is homogeneous and buttery, and the rind dusty orange.
A great after-dinner cheese, served with seasonal fruit.

For a great match, fruity Gamay. Dessert wines and ales are also good with washed rind cheese.
