Cheese Towers

Red Hill and Prom Country Cheese have supplied cheese for a variety of celebratory cheese towers.

Some styles of cheese are available during most of the year and can be put together quite simply. Others need to be ordered well in advance.

How much cheese?
Generally, we suggest you allow a minimum of 50 grams per person, up to 100 grams if the cheese is being served instead of dessert.

You can download the pdf file below for some ideas to get you thinking. As well as wonderful finished towers, it also includes alternative layouts (shown still in wrappers) which are easy to assemble.

Sizes are approximate, and the prices (for cheese only) vary depending on whether you choose cow, goat or sheep milk.
