Created in 2015 to show case locally produced native herbs, Moyarra Myrtle is a soft sheep-milk cheese marinated with Lemon Myrtle and Mountain Pepper Berries.
A versatile alternative to feta. Slices beautifully over salad, or in small chunks - endless possibilities in cooking, and a wonderful accompaniment to smoked meats.
