Our family run artisan cheese company matures small batches of cheese from our bush property and cellar door on the Mornington Peninsula. Red Hill Cheese is owned and operated by our two families who recently acquired the business in 2018. We fell in love with the land and the opportunity to produce cheese in such a picturesque setting.
We are curious about the traditions of making cheese as well as growing fruit, flowers and vegetables. Our goal is to create a community of people who share knowledge around growing, cooking and eating good food.
Red Hill Cheese has been synonymous with handmade artisanal cheese for nearly twenty years.
