Point Nepean is reminiscent of the rugged coast at the entrance to Port Phillip Bay.
Made to a recipe shared by a Provençal cheesemaker, Point Nepean is smooth, with a slight cumin flavour making it an ideal savoury cheese.
This semi-hard, pressed cheese has the complex flavours that you would expect from a 5-month maturation.
Serving
Serve on a neutral cracker with a slice of fresh tomato.
A smooth cooler after curry.
